Alumex PLC has joined Aluminium Stewardship Initiative(ASI) as a new member in the Production and Transformation division. Sri Lanka's largest fully integrated manufacturer of aluminium extrusion profiles and worldwide proprietary technologies under licence is Alumex PLC.
Since its inception in 1988, the firm has grown to include three extrusion lines, an anodizing line, three powder coating lines (one vertical), and an aluminium recycling plant spread over three manufacturing centres. Alumex uses these facilities to manufacture items under its own brand as well as for a few globally recognised proprietary brands.
