The average spot alumina price in China has dropped by RMB 19 per tonne or 0.77 per cent to stand at RMB 2439 per tonne on Wednesday, 11 December 2019. Alumina price fell by RMB 9 per tonne yesterday. The drop in alumina prices has continued in all other major markets in China.

Alumina price in East China stands at RMB 2440 per tonne on Wednesday, down RMB 20 per tonne from Tuesday. Alumina prices in Central and North have declined by RMB 20 per tonne each to stand at RMB 2460 per tonne and RMB 2440 per tonne. South China remains unchanged at RMB 2520 per tonne.
Alumina (Imported) price is down by RMB 20 per tonne to RMB 2500 per tonne. The average price is expected to range within RMB 2480-2520 per tonne.
Al Fluoride and Cryolite prices in China have registered a big drop today. Aluminium Fluoride price in China range at RMB 7800-8000 per tonne. The average price stands at RMB 7900 per tonne, down RMB 200 per tonne from RMB 8100 per tonne.
Cryolite price has decreased by RMB 200 per tonne to RMB 5600 per tonne. The average price is expected to range within RMB 5400-5800 per tonne.
A00 aluminium ingot price has increased by RMB 20 per tonne from RMB 14110 per tonne on December 10 and stood at RMB 14130 per tonne today. The price is expected to move within a range of RMB 14110-14150 per tonne. Spot aluminium price is likely to be traded at a premium of RMB 10-50 per tonne.
Aluminium ingot prices in Wuxi, Hangzhou, and Linyi stand at RMB 14130 per tonne, RMB 14140 per tonne and RMB 14140 per tonne, up RMB 30 per tonne each. The prices in Chongqing, Shenyang, and Gongyi have risen by RMB 20, RMB 25, and RMB 25 per tonne to stand at RMB 14160 per tonne, RMB 14120 per tonne, and RMB 14060 per tonne.
