Food companies often seek customized packaging solutions that uphold the highest standards while ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Renowned for its expertise in material forming for the Food & Beverage industry, Dätwyler Schweiz excels in producing deep-drawn aluminium capsules. With deep technical knowledge, it consistently meets precise customer specifications, delivering millions of units with exceptional quality and accuracy.
The ASI Certification program, developed through an extensive multi-stakeholder consultation process, is the only comprehensive voluntary sustainability standard for the aluminium value chain. In May 2022, the ASI Performance Standard V3 and ASI CoC Standard V2 were launched following a multi-year revision process.
The ASI Performance Standard V3 outlines 11 principles and 62 criteria across three sustainability pillars—Environment, Social, and Governance. Its goal is to tackle critical sustainability challenges within the aluminium value chain, including biodiversity conservation, Indigenous Peoples' rights, circularity, and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
