On Tuesday, September 28, the supervisory board of AMAG Austria Metall AG, a supplier of premium aluminium cast and rolled products, announced that they extended the contract with their Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Victor Breguncci. The extension of contract will allow Mr Breguncci to head AMAG's sales agenda for another four years. Together with sales team, he will concentrate on the strategic development of existing and new markets and on optimizing the product portfolio in the market for high-quality aluminium products.
Victor Breguncci joined Amag on June 3, 2019. He came with vast years of experience in management positions at major aluminium companies such as Vale, Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio and Constellium.
For over two years now, Mr Breguncci is part of the AMAG Executive Board team, consisting of CEO Gerald Mayer and COO Helmut Kaufmann.
AMAG’s aluminium products already have loyal customers serving the aircraft, automotive, sports equipment, lighting, mechanical engineering, constructi on and packaging industries. Besides, the Canadian smelter Alouette, in which AMAG holds a 20 per cent interest, produces high-quality primary aluminium to be used in its downstream applications.
