Argentina’s annual average inflation plunged to 41.5% in January 2021, which was 42.70% in December’20. As per the projection of FocusEconomics panellists, inflation to reach 48.0% in 2021, which is up 1.3 % points from last month's estimate, and 2022 at 36.6%.
The nation located mostly in the southern half of South America has recorded export of 70,757 tonnes of aluminium wires in 2019-20 and the revenue earnings for the export stood at $149.67 million.
Argentina’s export of aluminium wires in 2019 stood at 37,532 tonnes and the earnings remained at $83.45 million, whereas, in 2020 the export manifested de-growth by 11.47%, as the export volume shrunk to 33,225 tonnes and the earnings also dropped to $66.22 million.
The export for 2021 has been predicted with a rise of 30.61%, as the export volume to stand at 43,397 tonnes, while the earnings to remain at $84.01 million.
Argentina’s major trading destinations for the export of aluminium wires are Ecuador, Brazil, Netherlands, USA, etc.
