ARZYZ joins ASI as the new Production and Transformation member

The Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) is a collaborative endeavour aimed at enhancing sustainability throughout the aluminium value chain. Achieving ASI certification demonstrates the dedication of both aluminium producers and users to maintain rigorous standards in social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and ethical practices, fostering mutual benefits for all stakeholders involved.

On Wednesday, September 25, ASI announced the joining of ARZYZ, a Mexican company, as its new Production and Transformation member. Established in 1980, ARZYZ specialises in manufacturing aluminium alloys and the trade of non-ferrous metals. The company is deeply committed to aluminium recycling and the circular economy, maximising the value derived from recovering materials like scrap and by-products from its clients' processes.

“With an integrated production chain, we operate three manufacturing facilities equipped with specialised machinery for crushing aluminium scrap, smelting, casting, and distributing value-added products. Our product range includes continuous casting ingots, traditional ingots, slabs, molten metal, sows, and cones. Thanks to the specialisation and quality of our alloys, our diverse product portfolio enables us to cater to the aluminium needs of various industries, including automotive, construction, steel, packaging, and more,” added ARZYZ.
