The organisation has implemented several high-end digital solutions to guarantee business excellence, from smart analytics for decision-making at the strategic business unit (SBU) level to real-time equipment monitoring at shopfloors.
The business has updated its oil monitoring procedure using cutting-edge business intelligence technologies to monitor oil recovery and consumption at the equipment and SBU levels.
This will assist BALCO in maximising and lowering the amount of oil used in specialist vehicles and large machinery.
