Alcoa Wheels, the industry leader in aluminum wheel innovation, is set to showcase a new product at the Brisbane Truck Show - the Alcoa 22.5” x 8.25” 10-285 American Fitment wheel, ULT36x.

This revolutionary product features proprietary MagnaForce alloy, which makes the ULT36x wheel 1.6kg lighter than its predecessor, establishing it as the lightest aluminum truck wheel in the market.

The wheel has a new design that doesn't have hand holes, but it has been tested and engineered for maximum durability and strength. The patented Magnaforce alloy is 17% stronger than the industry standard, which has helped Alcoa Wheels create a lighter and more fuel-efficient wheel without compromising on strength.

The ULT36x wheel is ideal for commercial fleet operators who need maximum efficiency and profitability, even in tough conditions.

The ULT36x wheel also features vHubTM Bore Technology, which reduces the hub-to-wheel contact area by up to 64% compared to other aluminum wheels in the market, leaving less surface area for corrosion to form. The valve access is also designed for ease of inflation and pressure checks in all positions.

The ULT36x wheel is available with Alcoa Dura-Bright Wheels surface treatment, which repels dirt and eliminates the need for polishing. The proprietary technology and production processes used to manufacture Alcoa Dura-Bright Wheels achieve superior aesthetics, easy maintenance, and durability.

The Alcoa Dura-Bright surface treatment penetrates the aluminum, forming a molecular bond that becomes part of the wheel itself, resulting in a wheel that won't crack, peel, or corrode like coated wheels, looking newer for longer.
