Britvic adds the UK's fastest growing 'ready to drink' iced coffee brand to its portfolio. Britvic's Board of Directors announced the purchase of Jimmy's Iced Coffee. Jimmy's Iced Coffee, founded in 2010, is the fastest-growing ready-to-drink iced coffee brand in the market, and it comes in aluminium bottles.

It achieved a retail sales value of £17m in the fiscal year ending June 2023, a 43% increase over the previous year. The UK ready-to-drink iced coffee industry is enormous and rapidly increasing, with a retail sales value (RSV) of £280m last year, representing a 15.3% annual rise. Jimmy's Iced Coffee is the UK's fastest-growing RTD iced coffee brand. With over 10,000 distribution sites, Jimmy's iced coffee is sold every 2.5 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Jimmy's was founded in 2010 by Jim Cregan and his sister Suzie Owen and was initially sold at Selfridges in 2011. It has now evolved into a well-loved and highly recognised company that cares about people and the environment and has been accredited as a B Corporation. Britvic wants to accelerate Jimmy's development by using Britvic's market-leading client connections to generate new listings and distribution while enhancing cost-effectiveness via supply chain experience and procurement capabilities.

Heat Treatment

Jimmy's Iced Coffee founders Jim and Suzie will remain active in the company as brand ambassadors, assisting with the transition while offering guidance on brand direction and future innovation, ensuring that Jimmy's fundamental values and ethos remain driving the brand.
