Chinalco Henan Luoyang Aluminum Foil Company workshop hits all time throughput peak in April

Under the careful guidance of the Party Committee of Chinalco Henan Luoyang Aluminum Foil Company, three workshops - the aluminium foil workshop, the finishing car workshop, and the three storage and transportation workshops, demonstrated remarkable execution. Throughout this period, they effectively fulfilled diverse responsibilities and realized the objective of integrating party-building efforts, doubling their impact.

It was a period of significant production achievements. The aluminium foil workshop, with its record-high throughput, marked a notable 9.8 per cent increase from the previous month, a testament to its collective efforts. Similarly, the finishing workshop reached a historic peak in completion throughput, registering a remarkable month-on-month increase of 10.9 per cent, a result we can all be proud of.

Moreover, the company's ability to meet customer demands was demonstrated by the unprecedented levels of finished products entering the warehouse, reflecting a substantial 7.8 per cent month-on-month increase. This not only signifies the company's successful completion of its designated tasks but also its effective response to its customers' product requirements.

Established in 2005, Chinalco Henan Luoyang Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chinalco Advanced Manufacturing Co., Ltd, has been a specialist in aluminium foil production. Its state-of-the-art equipment comprises four 2000mm aluminium foil rolling mills, each featuring thickness gauge and foil shape and gauge automatic control systems, provided respectively by Honeywell in the USA and Voestalpine in Germany. Additionally, the facility boasts a slitting machine from ConPro in Germany, three in-house slitting machines, twenty annealing furnaces, a re-winder, and three roll grinders, including one crafted by Herkules in Germany.
