The average spot alumina price in China has registered a hike for the second day in a row, as updated by Shanghai Metals Market. The price has marked an increase of RMB 9 per tonne to stand at RMB 2338 per tonne on Tuesday, 29 December 2020.
The prices of alumina in Shandong, Henan, Shanxi and Guizhou China markets have risen by RMB 10 per tonne each to stand at RMB 2340 per tonne, RMB 2350 per tonne, RMB 2350 per tonne and RMB 2285 per tonne on Tuesday, 29 December 2020. Alumina price in Guangxi has increased by RMB 15 per tonne to RMB 2285 per tonne.
Alumina (Imported) price has increased to RMB 2375 per tonne after two days of restrained. This represents an increase of RMB 40 per tonne from RMB 2335 per tonne. The average price is expected to move within a range of RMB 2350-2400 per tonne.
A00 aluminium ingot price has dropped by RMB 320 per tonne from its earlier price to RMB15870 per tonne on Tuesday, 29 December 2020. The price was RMB 16190 tonnes on Monday. The price is expected to move within a range of RMB 15850-15890 per tonne.
The aluminium alloy (ADC12) price stands at RMB 17250 per tonne, marking a decline of RMB 100 per tonne. The price is expected to range at RMB 17150 per tonne-17350 per tonne. The prices of aluminium alloy (ADC12) – East, South and Southwest have come in at RMB 17250 per tonne, RMB 17100 per tonne and RMB 17100 per tonne, a drop of RMB 100 per tonne each.
