Minth Group, a Chinese auto components maker, on Thursday announced the opening of a 100 million euro ($110.3 million) production factory in Loznica, western Serbia. The facility will make aluminium parts for automobiles that will be mainly provided to BMW, Renault, and Toyota.
{alcircleadd}The facility will employ over 1,000 employees, and also aims to construct other production units in Serbia, employing around 3,000 people in total, said Vucci.
Minth Automotive Europe, Minth Automobile Parts Balkan, and Minth Metal Parts Balkan are the three subsidiaries of Minth Group in Serbia.
Minth also has a production site at Sabac, located in the west of Loznica. It is also constructing a second facility in the city to manufacture metal components for automobile bodywork.
