The Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) announced the certification, highlighting the facility's key processes, which include remelting, die-casting, cleaning/shot blasting, and machining, with a designed production capacity of 30,000 tonnes. An independent, third-party audit of Chongqing Millison Technologies Inc.'s facilities was conducted by Shanghai Kylin Certification Service Co., Ltd.
Chongqing Millison Technologies INC. specialises in the manufacturing and distribution of metal casting products. The company produces a range of components, including metal brackets, cylinder heads, and main bearing caps, serving industries such as communications, automotive, and more.
The ASI Chain of Custody (CoC) Standard V2 outlines requirements for establishing a Chain of Custody for materials produced and processed across the value chain, reaching various downstream sectors. By implementing the CoC Standard, ASI ensures that verified practices at each step of the supply chain—certified under the ASI Performance Standard—are linked to materials produced by ASI Certified Entities.
