CVS adds Gold Emblem Purified Water in aluminium bottles to its portfolio

US-based retailer CVS Pharmacy is allocating the Gold Emblem Purified Water in 600ml aluminium bottles to its private label collection, with the aim of reducing the usage of single-use plastic solutions and catering to the demands of modern consumers.

The water will be available in 20-ounce individual bottles and three-packs totalling 1.8 litres made of 68% recycled aluminium material. The bottles are BPA-free, refillable, and easily recyclable through designated recycling programs, ensuring they have a longer lifespan.

Such initiatives are good for the environment because aluminium being an infinitely recyclable non-ferrous metal, stays forever in the material loop and reduces carbon emissions in the long run.

Gold Emblem Purified Water has uplifted the company's policy by using sustainable aluminium water bottles that can propel a circular economy like we see Boomerang doing. Such initiatives should be encouraged worldwide because the threat of environmental crisis is accurate, and its harrowing consequences can give rise to grave atmospheric situations and natural calamities.
