Funding worth $4 million has been granted to the Saguenay-based business, A3 Surfaces to commercialise their unique technology of producing antimicrobial anodized aluminium.

The Québec government provided A3 Surfaces with a $2 million loan as part of this new round of funding to help the company commercialise its aluminium anodizing technology. Desjardins Capital has pledged a $1 million contribution. In addition, $1 million has been invested by stockholders.
