The signing ceremony for the lightweight auto parts manufacturing base project was conducted on November 14 between Wangjiang Economic Development Zone and Anhui Guleichi Circular Economy Industrial Park Co., Ltd. The first stage primarily involves the production of aluminium ingots, aluminium rods, aluminium water, copper ingots, copper rods, and lightweight automotive components, among other items.
The project's overall investment amounts to RMB 3 billion and will be executed in three stages. Following the implementation of formal production processes, the annual output value is projected to reach RMB 1.5 billion, accompanied by an annual tax payment of RMB 150 million. During the subsequent stage, the available open area inside the Andal Automobile project will be used to construct a factory spanning around 60,000 square metres.
This factory aims to generate an annual output value of 3 billion yuan, encompassing the new energy auto parts processing project. Additionally, the factory is expected to contribute a yearly tax payment of RMB 300 million.During the third phase, the available free space inside the Andal Automobile project will be used to construct a factory of about 110,000 square metres. This plant is projected to generate an annual output value of RMB 5.5 billion. Additionally, the land required to establish the Andal plant will be acquired.
