A new strategic alliance has been established between GenHydro and EREN Groupe to enhance the supply and affordability of green hydrogen in France and Germany.
GenHydro, a US-based company specializing in technology, renewable energy production, and green hydrogen, will collaborate with EREN Groupe, a private company focused on technological innovation to fight global warming and conserve natural resources. The two organizations aim to introduce innovative green hydrogen production systems and renewable energy technology in France and Germany, among other locations.
{alcircleadd}To achieve this objective, GenHydro's cutting-edge technology that transforms waste aluminium into valuable renewable products will be combined with EREN Groupe's project management and implementation capabilities. The partnership will concentrate on increasing green hydrogen production while simultaneously reducing costs, with the ultimate goal of expanding the green hydrogen economy and introducing a variety of renewable energy products to France and Germany.
GenHydro's unique technique uses metals like aluminium to segregate hydrogen from H2O, co-yielding thermal and electrical energy, making it a decentralized, scalable, and dependable source of emissions-free power. This innovative technology caters to the energy needs of diverse users and supports the development of a network for green hydrogen production.
The partnership intends to target industrial chemicals like ammonia for agriculture and e-fuels for mobility, as well as both commercial and consumer-facing sectors. GenHydro will be responsible for day-to-day operations, with EREN Groupe providing support and a proven track record in implementing new technology and executing projects.
The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GenHydro, Eric Schraud, stated: "GenHydro is looking forward to partnering and working with EREN Groupe and their affiliates as we begin to deploy our technology globally in 2024 and beyond."
"EREN Groupe is an innovative global leader in renewable energy, and GenHydro can leverage this expertise to assist in our mission to significantly decarbonize the energy usage of various industries and make a real impact in climate change and global warming," Schraud spoke out.
The Managing Partner of EREN Groupe, Jacques Ripoll, declared: "We are proud to partner and invest in GenHydro, as its technology will enable a deeper supply and cheaper cost of green hydrogen, which represents one of our areas of focus when fighting global warming."
EREN Groupe has also invested in GenHydro to speed up the worldwide deployment of their technology by 2024, in addition to the France and Germany partnership. GenHydro is seeking funding to expand its workforce and scale its technology while partnering with other organizations to decarbonize their operations and achieve emissions reduction and energy efficiency goals.
