In 2020, the Western European nation, Germany, renowned for its industrialization, exported 295,852 tonnes of aluminium cans to 65 countries worldwide, revealing a growth of 5.67% Y-o-Y.
Out of the 65 countries, Germany’s export of aluminium cans to the top five countries in 2020 is the USA, the supreme leader of importing aluminium cans. The rest four destinations in descending order are Canada, France, Belgium, and the UK.
Germany’s export of aluminium cans to the USA recorded at 189,106 tonnes, with another North American nation, Canada ranking at number two for Germany’s aluminium cans export with 29,419 tonnes.
The rest three import nation which ranks in the list for Germany’s export of aluminium cans to top 5 nations are France, which imported 11,455 tonnes of aluminium cans, Belgium with 8304 tonnes and lastly the UK with 7162 tonnes.
The listed top 5 countries grabbed 82.96% of German export of aluminium cans in 2020 and the remaining is shared with another 60 nations around the world.
