Just weeks after unveiling the Oppo Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro in India, fresh leaks are already stirring excitement about the next chapter in the Reno series. Shared by renowned tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the leaked images hint that the upcoming Oppo Reno 14 is taking a stylish trip down memory lane — showcasing a design that seems to draw heavy inspiration from classic iPhone models, especially the iconic iPhone 12.
Given that the Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro both featured durable aluminium mid-frames, it is likely that the Reno 14 will continue this trend, aiming for a sturdy yet refined construction. It remains uncertain whether the Reno 14 will include the rumoured “Magic Cube” button, a feature speculated to debut with the Oppo Reno 14 Pro. Although Oppo hasn't officially unveiled any details about the Reno 14 series yet, the surge of leaks and rising buzz hint that a formal announcement might be just around the corner.
The leaked renders reveal the Oppo Reno 14 from both the rear and side angles. The back panel sports a flat white finish, highlighted by a distinctive R-shaped camera arrangement. On the upper half, two cameras are vertically aligned on the left, accompanied by a third sensor enclosed within a capsule-shaped ring. Just below the camera setup, a triple LED flash is neatly integrated into the slightly rectangular camera module.
Design details such as the metallic camera rings, smooth chamfered edges, and the flat, sculpted glass back panel strongly echo the aesthetics of Apple’s iPhone 12 series. Oppo seems to be focusing on delivering a clean, premium look, with gentle curves reserved only around the camera housing to enhance the visual appeal.
Another leaked image sheds light on the button placement of the Oppo Reno 14. Both the power button and volume rocker are positioned on the same side of the device, close to the camera module. The images further highlight the phone’s slim profile, aligning with earlier reports that pointed to a lightweight and sleek design.
