LME aluminium opened at US$2,275 per tonne last Friday, with its low and high at US$2,256 per tonne and US$2,314.5 per tonne, respectively, before closing at US$2,267.5 per tonne, a drop of US$2.5 per tonne or 0.11 per cent.
{alcircleadd}On Friday, June 2, both LME aluminium cash bid price and LME aluminium official settlement price dropped by US$17.5 per tonne or 0.76 per cent to halt at US$2,263 per tonne and US$2,263.50 per tonne.
3-month bid price and 3-month offer price, on the other hand, hiked by US$36.5 per tonne or 1.62 per cent to score at US$2,289 per tonne and US$2,289.50 per tonne.
December 24 bid price and December 24 offer price ascended by US$36 per tonne or 1.49 per cent to reside at US$2,438 per tonne and US$2,443 per tonne.
LME aluminium opening stock settled at 579025 tonnes. Live warrants and Cancelled warrants closed at 335500 tonnes and 243525 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-month Asian Reference Price expanded by US$40.23 per tonne or 1.78 per cent to stop at US$2,294.76 per tonne.
SHFE aluminium price
On June 5, the SHFE aluminium price has declined by US$26 per tonne or 0.99 per cent to clock at US$2,597 per tonne.
The most-traded SHFE 2307 aluminium contract opened at RMB 18,480 per tonne at last Friday’s night session, with its low and high at RMB 18,370 per tonne and RMB 18,520 per tonne before closing at RMB 18,385 per tonne, down RMB 95 per tonne, or 0.51 per cent.
