LME aluminium opened at US$2224 per tonne in the previous trading day, with its low and high at US$2207.5 per tonne and US$2231.5 per tonne, respectively, before closing at US$2217.5 per tonne, down 0.18 per cent.
{alcircleadd}On Wednesday, November 29, both LME aluminium cash bid price and LME aluminium official settlement price grew by US$13.5 per tonne or 0.62 per cent to halt at US$2,177.50 per tonne and US$2,178 per tonne.
As per the London Metal Exchange (LME) data, 3-month bid price and 3-month offer price added US$9.5 per tonne or 0.43 per cent to clock at US$2,217.50 per tonne and US$2,218.50 per tonne.
December 24 bid price and December 24 offer price increased by US$8 per tonne or 0.34 per cent to settle at US$2,333 per tonne and US$2,338 per tonne. LME aluminium opening stock came in at 464375 tonnes. Live warrants and Cancelled warrants reached 201525 tonnes and 262850 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-month Asian Reference Price, on the other hand, fell by US$6.29 per tonne or 0.71 per cent to peg at US$2,208.71 per tonne.
SHFE aluminium price
On November 30, today, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) aluminium price dropped by US$24 per tonne or 0.90 per cent to reside at US$2,624 per tonne. Overnight, the most-traded SHFE 2401 aluminium contract opened at RMB 18565 per tonne, with low and high at RMB 18520 per tonne and RMB 18615 per tonne before closing at RMB 18600 per tonne, down RMB 50 per tonne or 0.27 per cent.
