Novelis supplies aluminium automotive body sheet for Toyota’s 2019 RAV4

Novelis supplies premium aluminium automotive body sheet to Toyota Motor Corporation for 2019 Toyota RAV4. Novelis' lightweight, high-strength aluminium helps RAV4, Toyota's number-one-selling vehicle and the best-selling non-pickup-truck in the country, achieve weight savings.

Novelis supplies Advanz™ 6HS – s600 and Advanz™ 6HS – e600, which are heat treatable alloys, to meet Toyota’s needs. Novelis engineers and metallurgists develop a new thermomechanical manufacturing process at Oswego facility, where Novelis produces the alloy for Toyota.
