ProfilGruppen welcomes Mats Johansson as new Chairman of the Board

Swedish Company ProfilGruppen AB's Nomination Committee has selected Mats Johansson as the Board's new Chairman. The decision was finalised in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 31, 2022.

ProfilGruppen is a Swedish manufacturer that develops, commercialises and produces aluminium extrusions and components. The company's headquarters is situated in Åseda, Småland, a historical province in Southern Sweden. The company was established in 1981 and now has around 450 employees.

ProfilGruppen primarily operates within the Northern European Market and is an expert in supplying turnkey customised aluminium components and extrusions. The organisation dreams of becoming the leading provider of innovative aluminium extrusions and other solutions in Northern Europe.

The new Chairman, Mats Johansson, was born in 1962 and joined Orbit One AB in 1996 as CFO in the beginning, later becoming the CEO. He currently holds the position of co-owner and board member in Orbit, along with being a board member of Markisol Holding AB. He also has active participation in some minor companies.

The Nomination Committee contains names like Lars Johansson, shareholder (Chairman), Bengt Stillström, Ringvägen Venture AB, Mats Egeholm, shareholder and Mats R Karlsson.
