In a strategic move to broaden its influence within the architectural and construction sectors, profine Group has announced the acquisition of EFP International B.V. (EFP), a Netherlands-based company with a global presence. EFP specialises in the design, development, and production of aluminium profile systems, marketed under the brand ‘EFP European Facade Products,’ catering primarily to the architectural facade industry.

According to industry sources, EFP’s product range includes a wide array of advanced systems such as curtain walling, skylights, aerofoils, louvres, sunshades, window and door systems, sliding windows, and doors. Their offerings also extend to specialised systems for cladding substructures, making EFP a versatile player in the facade solutions market.
