Regarding development, the governor requested PT BAI to prioritize and provide job opportunities to communities around the development according to the required qualifications.

"Starting next year, the West Kalimantan Provincial Government will build a certificate of expertise centre. So that PT BAI can entrust its workforce to the West Kalimantan qualification centre to increase the expertise of the workforce so that it meets the required qualifications. So that local people do not become spectators, "said H Sutarmidji.
