"In recent years, Qinyang City adheres to the main strategy of industrial strength, always regards project construction as the main focus of work, strictly implements the "four ten" working mechanism, deeply implements the "5321" project, deeply carries out the "three batches" activities, and ensures that the provincial and municipal key projects and "three batches" project operating rate, production rate and efficiency are in the forefront," said Gao Jian, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Publicity Department.

Gao Jian stated that the municipal Party committee and government will continue to care about, support, and serve the development of enterprises and expressed hope that Qinyuchun Company will continue to do an excellent job in planning and promoting the industrial park's follow-up projects and make new and greater contributions to the construction of "three cities and one district" in Qinyang, as well as the high-quality promotion of modern Qinyang practise.

The aluminium electrolyte comprehensive utilisation project, which treats 70,000 tonnes of aluminium annually, is a part of the sixth phase of the "three batch" project in Qinyang City, Henan Province. This project aims to distribute multiple fluorine products in Qinyang by employing the "mechanical crushing - physical separation - chemical melting" production process. Lithium carbonate and other products are recycled through this process, thereby enhancing the lithium iron phosphate anode material industry chain and increasing its value. Consequently, this project contributes to developing the new energy battery material industry in Qinyang City by establishing a stronger foundation.

According to Li Shijiang, the chairman of Polyfluorine Polychemical Co., LTD., the company intends to adhere rigorously to the predetermined time milestones to expedite the commencement of project operations. Simultaneously, the company will strive to achieve the objectives of "high-quality requirements, high standards for the site, high positioning for the project." It aims to establish itself as a leading entity in the new market innovation by actively engaging in practical measures to foster the growth of enterprises across various sectors and provide them with satisfactory solutions.

Heat Treatment

Based on available sources, it is anticipated that with the completion of the project's second phase, which is projected to provide a total output of 280,000 tonnes, the annual sales income is estimated to reach 4.5 billion yuan. Additionally, it is envisaged that the project would generate profits and taxes amounting to 400 million yuan while simultaneously creating 600 new employment opportunities.
