Reynears Aluminium has completed one of its largest factories to date, featuring a 31,000 square meter production hall and 1,200 square meters of office space in Żabia Wola near Warsaw.
{alcircleadd}The new production facility, located just 35 kilometers from Warsaw, has already been put to use and has achieved BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Panattoni, a real estate firm oversaw the construction of the facility.
To ensure employee comfort, the office space was designed by Arch-Deco, an architectural office from Gdynia, with acoustics, air quality, and access to daylight in mind. The development will also feature over 37,200 square meters of green space.
The Managing Director at Panattoni, Marek Dobrzycki, commented on the completion of this humungous project: “At Reynaers Aluminium, rigorous quality control at every stage is fundamental to the production process, and a production and warehouse building that is adapted to the business is key to efficient operations. We have managed to deliver a facility that will be perfect for the company's processes, while at the same time meeting its high ecological and energy-saving requirements.”
The factory will house four technological lines, including three painting lines and an aluminium profile anodizing line. Furthermore, the facility's roof will feature photovoltaic installations to meet some of the energy demand, while heat pumps will be utilized to heat the office building.
