Reynaers Aluminum acquires technical wholesaler Agentor, strengthens its position in Netherlands

Reynaers Aluminum acquires technical wholesaler Agentor and in this way the company strengthens its position in the Netherlands. Agentor NV will become part of Reynaers Aluminum BV, located in Helmond, and active in the development and sale of aluminium facade systems in the Netherlands.

Reynaers Aluminum BV is part of the international Reynaers Group that offers aluminium and steel facade solutions worldwide.

On 26^th November’20, the formalized acquisition occurred with the signing of the contract between the Directors Edgar van Ginkel of Reynaers Aluminum BV and Gert-Jan Zwep of Agentor NV. For Van Ginkel, this takeover is a logical step in strengthening Reynaers 'position in the Netherlands.

This is an excellent addition to Reynaers' expertise. Van added: “The takeover was preceded by careful consultation and negotiations. Corona caused uncertainties in the market development this year and therefore delayed this process. We now have enough confidence in the market to make this acquisition a success. I see many similarities between the two companies, for example in the market approach, in supporting customers and also in the commitment and drive of the employees to make their company successful. ''
