{alcircleadd}Raynaers, like other major aluminium giants in the world, needs to transform its operative avenues to greener ones. The managers were engrossed in creating a road map that would be followed for the next three years leading the company to a much more sustainable approach.
A workshop was conducted the whole day, citing a series of engaging voices. The workshop talked about the company’s achieved milestones, along with scrutinising the shortcomings and low-performance stances. The managers were busy deciphering ways to be more constructive and better with the machinery.
On one hand, there were talks about developments; on the other, they discussed further goals and curated a to-do list, negating the chances of an uncertain future. The evening concluded with the managers indulging in a proper spread at the Naseef Restaurant, where a warm, cosy ambience inspired them to calmly discuss advancements and ideas.
The Managing Director of Reynaers Middle East, Mr Ali Khalaf, who chaired the meeting, made a statement to justify the fruitfulness of the programme: “The workshop was a great success and attested to the clear communication and synergy that exists among the company’s management team. We are confident in our ability to uphold the company’s successes while guiding it towards further growth in the coming years.”
“Flexibility and collaboration are key to our corporate strategy,” he added. “Reynaers Middle East is always keen to promote team-building activities to boost morale and create a healthy working environment where all employees are oriented towards a common goal while embracing our core values,” he analysed.
