Rolls-Royce's Amethyst Droptail claims to be the world's most expensive car, giving high challenges to the other premium automobiles. With its ingenuity and technical progress, the age-old automotive company is one of the most trustable brands for premium cars.

The newest Amethyst Droptail, a bespoke, is inspired by gemstones, sand dunes, and flowers and is painted in a multi-tone colour scheme, making it aesthetically appealing and one-of-a-kind. Globe Amaranth features unique purple and silver hues, resembling the flowers near the owner's home. Aluminium flakes used by Rolls-Royce in the Amethyst enhanced the look by adding an illuminating effect. The colour palette uniquely displays the owners' background and motivation. The 22-inch aluminium wheels are given a gleaming polish.

Even the glass used in the two-seater Roller is capable of transitioning from a purple tint opaque to translucent with a sand dune brown tint, along with the lower air intake being painted in Globe Amaranth. The inside of the automobile features a sand dune motif that complements the leather seats, providing a luxurious and harmonious feel. All these materials are subjected to 8000 hours of testing.

The dashboard of the Rolls-Royce has a Swiss clock and a twin-turbo V12 engine with 481kW/840Nm. The company used Amethyst-tinted lacquer for the build.

Future of Aluminium in Transportation Sector

The roof panel is detachable and composed of a unique weight-saving composite with electrochromic glass. The rear deck is finished with Calamander Light open-pore wood. The rear boot lid is a key aerodynamic component that took two years to create in order to obtain the requisite downforce.
