HMD Global, the company endeavouring to bring Nokia back into the smartphone market, has just released another smartphone in India in the form of the Nokia 7. The 7000 series aluminium-framed Nokia 7 marks a mid-level entry into the Finnish company's Android smartphone line-up - between the budget oriented Nokia 6 and the flagship Nokia 8.
{alcircleadd}The new aluminium-framed launch is the first Android smartphone from Nokia's lab to feature a glass back - vacuum moulded 3D Corning Gorilla Glass. The frame is made of 7000 series aluminium with diamond cut beveled edges. It features Nokia 8's most talked about feature - the 'Bothie', which allows Dual-Sight' video to be live streamed natively and in real-time to social feeds.
This is the first time HMD Global has used 7000 series aluminium on one of their smartphones. The earlier offerings- the Nokia 8, Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 were crafted out of the less durable 6000 series aluminium.
