Jindal Aluminium Limited (JAL) remains the leading manufacturer of aluminium extruded profiles in India operating since 1968. With 128,000 tonnes per annum installed capacity (as per Indian Minerals Yearbook 2017 data) and 11 aluminium extrusion presses, the company is capable of producing a wide range of aluminium extruded profiles. During 2017-18, the company produced about 85,490 tonnes of extrusion. In fact, if we talk about market share, JAL commands approximately 30% market share in India.
