The aluminium bottles are from Envases, the Spanish aluminium bottle maker. The semi-matt lacquer gives the bottle a one-of-a-kind, high-end look, while the white base coat guarantees the green offset-printed hue will show through. It seems that more and more companies are starting to realise the benefits of using aluminium in everyday life, from its lightweight and durable properties to its recyclability and eco-friendliness.

BAZ & CO founder, Herefordshire farmer, James Chase said, 'I have always been passionate about a holistic approach to skincare through a healthier and hydrated lifestyle as well as ensuring that we can make environmentally sustainable products. Aluminium packaging is fully and infinitely recyclable making it the clear choice for this product and one which we know will look good in the home."

Sustainability in the global aluminium industry

The goal of Chase's family to commercialise their farm's produce influenced them to create BAZ & CO, a line of men's grooming products. The components, including the star ingredient basil, are grown using vertical farming methods, which need 85 per cent less water than conventional cultivation. Plants are selected for their ability to aid the body's natural microbiota via antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mechanisms.
