Xingfa Aluminium Holdings, one of the leading aluminium extrusion profile manufacturers in China, has finally purchased a 4 per cent stake in Chinese service provider Guangdong Province Trading Development, an importer and exporter of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and accessories. Earlier in December 2022, Xingfa had stated its intention to acquire the 4 per cent equity interest.
The producer of aluminium goods completed the transaction through Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium, a subsidiary. Equity interests were purchased from Guangdong Guangxin Holding Group for RMB 27.5 million. According to a report made on Wednesday, Guangdong Guangxin Holding currently owns 91 per cent of the target, followed by Guangdong Advertising Group with 5 per cent ownership and Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium with 4 per cent.
Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong. On March 31, 2008, Xingfa Aluminium, which began in 1984, was listed in Hong Kong. China's Xingfa Aluminium is a well-known company that specialises in manufacturing architectural and industrial aluminium profiles and is one of the top producers of aluminium profiles globally.
