The average alumina price in China has lost RMB 11 per tonne, closing at RMB 2,765 per tonne, followed by RMB 35 per tonne slump in alumina prices around Lianyungang, where the price closed at RMB 2,875 per tonne. The price of alumina in Bayuquan dropped by RMB 25 per tonne, resting at RMB 2,900 per tonne, while there has been RMB 20 per tonne slump in Guizhou, where alumina price came in at RMB 2,710 per tonne. The alumina price in Shandong has de-escalated by RMB 15 per tonne, arriving at RMB 2,695 per tonne, and the price of alumina in Guangxi has shed RMB 10 per tonne, settling at RMB 2,670 per tonne.
A00 aluminium ingot price has escalated by RMB 70 per tonne, closing at RMB 18,850 per tonne, as the Shanghai Metals Market recorded on Wednesday, November 16. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 18,830 per tonne and RMB 18,870 per tonne, with spot contracts trading at a discount price of RMB10 per tonne and a premium price of RMB 30 per tonne.
The provinces in China have, on the whole, seen augmenting prices today, but only the aluminium ingot price fell by RMB 40 per tonne in Tianjin to rest at RMB 18,820 per tonne. The price of aluminium in Hangzhou has shot up by RMB 80 per tonne, arriving at RMB 18,880 per tonne, whereas the price of aluminium in Chongqing has accumulated RMB 70 per tonne, closing at RMB 19,020 per tonne. Lastly, the price of aluminium in Foshan has soared by RMB 60 per tonne, resting at RMB 19,020 as well.
In China, the domestic price of low-carbon aluminium has glided up by RMB 56 per tonne to stand at RMB 19,618 per tonne on Wednesday, November 16.
The prices of high-purity aluminium (99.99%) and high-purity aluminium (99.996%) both have augmented by RMB 100 per tonne, closing at RMB 27,100 per tonne and RMB 28,100 per tonne.
The aluminium alloy (A356) price has gone up the graph by RMB 50 per tonne arriving at RMB 20,100 per tonne. The average prices are likely to range between RMB 20,000 per tonne and RMB 20,100 per tonne, says SMM. The prices of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) have refrained from any alteration.
The price of alumina powder in China has gained RMB 0.10 per kg, with the official price closing at RMB 20.60 per kg.
