BRT Property Holdings LLC took over the aluminium extrusion factory under BR Properties Group LLC on December 1 with an investment of US$3.6 million, as was stated in the reports by the Trumbull County Auditor’s office. The facility functioned for BRT Extrusions Inc., an aluminium extruder that Corbel Capital Partners and Gallamar Group had already acquired in 2021.
{alcircleadd}BRT has been logged with the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office as a foreign limited liability firm, which means the company was established outside Ohia and registered with the Delaware state. According to the official fillings, BRT Properties took shape on November 30.
The auditor’s records further illustrate that Gearmar Properties Inc. had bought the establishment in 2003 from Niles Properties Inc. for US$275,000, whereas in 2008, the former sold it to BR properties for a hefty sum of US$600,000.
If tax regulations are kept under consideration, the construction can be valued at US$745,000.
Established in 2005, BRT at this moment runs five extrusion presses at the facility. With the passing years, the company has upgraded its solutions by adding anodizing, painting, thermal fill and fabrication services.
Corbel had declared in January 2001 that its alliance with Gallamar would “enable the company to further expand capacity and the services it provides to the marketplace.”
The company excels in providing extruded aluminium products to the construction, transportation, electrical and many other related industries.
