On Thursday, November 28, the A00 aluminium ingot price declined by RMB 140 per tonne to settle at RMB 20,400 per tonne, with the spot contract price expected to be traded at a premium price of RMB 10 to RMB 50 per tonne. The average prices may range between RMB 20,380 per tonne and RMB 20,420 per tonne.

As per the SMM data, the price in Wuxi has dropped by RMB 150 per tonne to halt at RMB 20,380 per tonne, followed by a fall of RMB 140 per tonne to clock at RMB 20,430 per tonne in both Hangzhou and Linyi. In Chongqing the domestic aluminium ingot price has decreased by RMB 140 per tonne to settle at RMB 20,350 per tonne. On the same day, the A00 aluminium ingot price in Gongyi has lost RMB 130 per tonne to dock at RMB 20,270 per tonne. In Foshan and Tianjin, the prices have descended by RMB 120 per tonne to peg at RMB 20,340 per tonne and RMB 20,410 per tonne. In Shenyang, the prices have contracted by RMB 110 per tonne to reach RMB 20,440 per tonne.
Other prices
As per the Shanghai Metals Market (SMM) analysis, the low carbon aluminium price has lost RMB 120 per tonne to arrive at RMB 21,410 per tonne. For high purity aluminium (99.99%) and high purity aluminium (99.99%) have dived down by RMB 100 per tonne to stand at RMB 27,500 per tonne and RMB 28,500 per tonne.
Alumina prices
The average alumina price, on the other hand, has moved up by RMB 2 per tonne to clock at RMB 5,719 per tonne. The alumina price growth rate has relatively slowed with changes only in Shanxi and Guizhou. As per the data, the prices in Shanxi and Guizhou have arrived at RMB 5,790 per tonne and RMB 5,680 per tonne, followed by a rise of RMB 10 per tonne.
On the same day, the price of aluminium alloy (A356) lost RMB 150 per tonne to settle at RMB 20,850 per tonne, with the average prices expected to stand between RMB 20,700 per tonne and RMB 21,000 per tonne. For (ADC12) and (A380) the prices have remained unchanged at RMB 20,800 per tonne and RMB 21,800 per tonne.
