On October 24, Minfa Aluminum announced its plan to establish Gansu Minfa Aluminum Co., Ltd., aimed at advancing its strategic development and broadening its market presence. The new company will be jointly funded by Minfa Aluminum and Gansu Zhongsheng Aluminum Co., Ltd., pending approval and registration by relevant industrial and commercial authorities.

Gansu, a province in north-central China, is renowned for its historical landmarks. The city of Jiayuguan stands out for its iconic Overhanging Great Wall and the majestic Jiayuguan Pass fortress complex, both integral parts of the Great Wall of China.
Gansu Minfa will have a registered capital of RMB 5 million, with Minfa Aluminum contributing RMB 3.5 million for a 70 per cent stake. At the same time, Gansu Zhongsheng Aluminum Co., Ltd. will invest RMB 1.5 million, securing a 30 per cent share.
Gansu Minfa Aluminum Co., Ltd. will focus on a diverse range of business activities, including the sales of aluminium profiles, aluminium templates, aluminium veneers, and other construction materials. Its offerings will also cover the design and execution of curtain wall projects and the manufacturing, processing, sales, and installation of doors and windows.
Additionally, the company will engage in the sale of hardware products, high-performance non-ferrous metals, and alloy materials. Other services include technical support, development, consultation, exchange, transfer, and promotion in the field of construction engineering, along with aluminium material technology extension services and business information consulting.
