{alcircleadd}The National Safety Council (NSC) honours executives each year who have developed their organizations' safety strategies utilizing four essential elements: risk reduction, performance assessment, safety management tools, leadership, and employee involvement.
"We are Safety-minded as we have established the right balance between our top-down and the bottom-up management and the key to a strong Safety culture is in our hands. I set the tone and expectations for Safety; however, each one of our employees and contractors' personnel should act on them and prioritize Safety on the job and off the job," said Ali Al Baqali.
Intending to save lives by reducing accidents and fatalities at work, in residences and communities, and on the road via leadership, research, education, and advocacy, the National Safety Council is the nation's foremost non-profit safety champion.
