Alloy LED launches SurfaFlex 1: Premium surface-mount aluminium channel with hotspot-free illumination

Alloy LED, a premier designer and manufacturer of high-quality LED tape lights, is enhancing its diverse lineup of tape light channels with the launch of the SurfaFlex 1. This flexible, low-profile, surface-mount aluminium channel ensures uniform, hotspot-free illumination when used with the company's compatible tape lights.

About SurfaFlex 1

With dimensions of only 0.61 inches in width and 0.15 inches in height, the SurfaFlex 1 is ideal for curved surfaces requiring a minimum bend radius of 5.5 inches, making it perfect for commercial and residential applications where a small footprint is crucial.

Alloy LED's tape lights provide seamless illumination with their premium frosted lens and diffuser cover, eliminating any hotspots. These tape lights, which feature an impressive 93+ colour rendering index and high R9 and R13 values for superior colour accuracy, include the RazorLine 3.7, RazorLine Neon 300, PrimaLine 2.5 COB, and Radialux 4.2 COB RGB. Additionally, the PrimaLine and Radialux models can achieve continuous runs of up to 100 feet through the company's customisation program.

A perfect choice for accent lighting applications

The 4- and 7-foot kits come with a field-cuttable aluminium channel featuring a snap-in lens, a set of end caps, and mounting clips with screws. The Alloy LED tape light or another compatible tape light can be purchased separately or included as part of our built-to-order program.

The SurfaFlex 1 is perfect for task and accent lighting applications such as coves, countertops and shelves, under and above cabinets, and retail display cases and niches.
