Swedish packaging company Emballator Tectubes has introduced its latest twist-off recap solution to the patent small-dose tube range. Other related products in the queue are Twist off Reseal, Twist off Reclose, Twist Off, Tear off reclose Aluminium and Capped aluminium.
{alcircleadd}Emballator’s twist-off recap solutions are utilized usually by the pharmaceutical or the cosmetic industry for their sustainable approach and safe use of raw materials.
These latest tubes are crowned with a tamper-proof, twist-off cap closure that decreases the tube’s material content by almost 10 per cent and reduces its carbon footprint with the help of an upgraded production methodology.
They can be manufactured in both standard-grade and medical resin format along with the incorporation of aluminium, polyethylene and post-consumer recycled aluminium from time to time.
The sales and marketing manager of Emballator Tectubes, Jim Johannesson exclaimed: “We are very proud of this new tube and a unique twist-off cap closure. This tube is easy to fully empty, hygenic for multi-dose use and both material and energy saving.”
The discovery is currently undergoing manufacturing processes to achieve different regulatory standards, like, ISO9001:2015, ISO15378:2017 and ISO14001.
Emballotor proudly claims that it has used green power resources to produce all its essential items.
The manager, Johannesson quoted: “This is a part of our range of smaller tubes for a small footprint, but a larger impact. It’s made in mono-materials, which makes them easy to recycle.”
“Our new Recap Tube will be an important part of our stand when we participate at PCD – Paris Packaging Week on 29 and 30 June,” he added.
Emballator showcased its small-dose tubes post-production at the Cosmetic Business fair in Munich, Germany, previously this month. These new twist-off recap tubes will enhance the company’s Small Dose range, which was launched during the last half of the previous month and will encourage other companies to reduce their carbon footprint.
“We look forward to talking to both existing and new customers about this innovative and sustainable tube solution,” Jim concluded.
