On Friday, December 30, China's A00 aluminium ingot price climbed up by RMB 30 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,680 per tonne, with the average prices standing between RMB 18,660 per tonne and RMB 18,700 per tonne. The spot contract price is expected to be traded at a discount price of RMB 50 to RMB 10 per tonne.
{alcircleadd}On the same day, the prices in Gongyi and Tianjin have dipped by RMB 30 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,480 per tonne and RMB 18,710 per tonne. As per the SMM data, in Chongqing, the price shrunk by RMB 20 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,680 per tonne. Foshan and Wuxi's prices settled at RMB 18,680 per tonne and RMB 18,660 per tonne after recording a dip of RMB 10 per tonne. In Hangzhou, Shenyang and Linyi, the price recorded the same drop to peg at RMB 18,710 per tonne, RMB 18,650 per tonne.
The domestic price of low carbon aluminium in China has climbed down by RMB 19 per tonne to reside at RMB 19,252 per tonne. The high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price have remained restrained at RMB 26,700 per tonne and RMB 27,700 per tonne.
Aluminium alloy (A356) price has declined by RMB 50 per tonne to record at RMB 19,850 per tonne, with the average prices standing between RMB 19,700 per tonne and RMB20,000 per tonne. On the other hand, the aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price has shown no change to score at RMB 19,400 per tonne and RMB 20,400 per tonne.
