Ball Corporation, the world's leading supplier of sustainable aluminium packaging solutions for beverage products, has announced the appointment of Dr Mandy Glew as the Senior Vice President and President of the EMEA and Asia regions. This leadership change follows Dr Glew's promotion in March to President of EMEA and Asia, succeeding Carey Causey, who has taken on the role of Chief Growth Officer at Ball.
Dr Glew, who joined Ball Corporation in October 2020, brings a wealth of experience to her new position. With over two decades of expertise in commercial operations, sales, marketing, and manufacturing within the fast-moving consumer goods and consumer electronics sectors, she is well-equipped to lead in this capacity. Before her tenure at Ball, Dr Glew held various senior management roles at Procter & Gamble. Her notable positions included overseeing commercial operations for Northern Europe and serving as the Nordic region's Market Operations and Managing Director.
While at Procter & Gamble, Dr Glew demonstrated her ability to lead multifunctional organisations and manage iconic brands such as Gillette, Oral-B, Pantene, and Head & Shoulders. Her extensive background and proven track record in driving growth and innovation are expected to be significant assets as she takes on her new role at Ball Corporation.

Mandy Glew earned her PhD in chemistry from the University of Hull and studied managerial finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also passionate about wildlife conservation and travel.
