Encore-Alcom plans to set up India’s first auto-robotic plant for aluminium doors & windows

In an exciting development, Encore-Alcom, headquartered in Hyderabad and specialising in producing aluminium doors and windows, unveiled plans on Wednesday to establish an avant-garde manufacturing unit in Surat, Gujarat. Distinguished as the nation's inaugural manufacturing unit integrating an auto-robotic facility for aluminium doors and windows, this groundbreaking plant will harness the prowess of cutting-edge German technology.

A whopping investment of INR 60 crore will breathe life into this state-of-the-art facility, sprawling across an expansive 1.8 lakh square feet. With a dynamic manufacturing capacity of 30,000 square feet per day, this venture heralds a new era of innovation in the industry, as enthusiastically declared by the company in its official statement.

"Our new plant will also be the largest such facility in the country in terms of area and it will be ready by March this year. The new plant will create employment opportunities for 180 people," said Siva Koti Reddy, Founder & Chairman and Managing Director, Encore-Alcom.

Venturing into new horizons, the company is constructing a 27,000-square-foot fabrication unit in the scenic locale of Mokila near Hyderabad. Poised to kickstart operations by March of this year, this visionary initiative is not only set to create job opportunities for 180 individuals, as highlighted in the official release, but it will also be accompanied by establishing a captivating 10,000-square-foot experience centre within the unit.

"Alcom started manufacturing aluminum doors and windows eight years ago in Surat. There are 450 employees in that plant. This apart, 300 people are working in our Patancheru plant near Hyderabad. Once the new plant in Surat becomes operational, we will introduce Encore brand aluminum doors and windows in South India. We manufacture architectural products as per the customers' requirements. We already have a 60,000 sq. ft. plant in Surat with a manufacturing capacity of 10,000 sq. ft. per day. We currently have 60 companies as clients," added Siva Koti Reddy.
