Italian truck manufacturer IVECO has re-launched their Daily Trade Made heavy-duty vehicle with an elongated 4.5m aluminium tray for a better logistical approach and an extended 5-year per 250,000 km guarantee. This makes the car suitable for construction jobs, transporting materials from one place to another.
{alcircleadd}The framework has outstanding inspiration from the 45C18 Daily cab chassis. At the same time, the Tradie Made ‘Super Tray’ displays a factory-fitted, internally embedded 2218mm W x 4500mm L heavy-duty aluminium tray. This will help the construction sector with a factory-perfected vehicle that can immediately be sent to the work site without needing unique additions or fittings that usually take more time to acquire. Plus this will also curtail third-party entry into the construction plan, which generally results in further delay.
The aluminium tray designed by Australia also features great load restraining points, tube headboard and window protectors alongside a corner step and rope rails. The Super Tray also has two piece-quick lock drop specifications to quickly load and unload heavy construction materials.
The Super Tray has a payload of almost 1,900 kg and is the most durable option for contractors who cannot remain constrained between the 4x4s. Moreover, the model also flaunts a car licence-friendly 4,495kg GVM, and 3.5t braked towing capacity, letting customers tow their machinery or tool trailer with more ease and in a legal manner.
The Daily Tradie Made has been powered by IVECO’s new 3.0-litre Euro VI turbodiesel engine that is capable of producing 180hp (132kW) and 430Nm of torque. The vehicle has been set to supply seamless power transfusion, agile gear changes and a car-like driving experience.
The Daily Tradie Made Super Tray has an extended warranty of 5 years per 250,000 km for the models sold before 30 June 2023, which showcases a hiked performance of 50,000 km in 2 years above the standard warranty. The trucks featuring Super Trays will be available in retail stores around the region.
