Jim Beam, in alliance with the Boston Beer Company, is eager to launch its ready-to-drink beverages in sustainable aluminium packaging solutions. Jim Beam Kentucky Coolers are on a track to introduce more and more RTD beverages to compete with the evolving liquor market and changing lifestyles.
{alcircleadd}To suffice the emerging market for RTD drinks, more and more beverage companies are venturing into the production of canned drinks. Other major brands like Budweiser and Waitrose have already initiated this RTD programme to attain a circular economy across their flagship product’s value chain.
The newly canned Jim Beam and The Boston Beer Company drink can be found in four different flavours, like Strawberry Punch, Black Cherry Lemonade, Citrus Punch and Sweet Tea Lemonade. The drinks have a smooth finish and can be considered light liquor concoctions.
The Beam Suntory Managing Director of RTDs, North America, Heather Boyd, exclaims: “Jim Beam has always aimed to offer consumers the perfect occasion to bring people together. We wanted to infuse this spirit into Jim Beam Kentucky Coolers.”
“We recognise that in these moments of connection with family and friends, consumers are more frequently reaching for the convenience of canned cocktails and RTDs but know there are gaps in the current flavour profile offerings in the category,” Boyd added.
“We are proud to have created a product that directly addresses what consumers are looking for in the RTD market – a full-flavoured beverage at 120 calories. With the launch of Kentucky Coolers, we are looking forward to bringing the powerful connecting force of cracking open a crisp and cool beverage with friends to all,” concluded the Managing Director.
Jim Beam, in collaboration with Boston Beer, wishes to revolutionise the RTD beverage market with an added impulse of flavour and taste. The Jim Beam RTD beverages are available in starter packs of six or larger packs of twelve.
