Merrychef launches aluminium griddled cook plate among other conneX 16 accessories

Merrychef has unveiled a range of new accessories for its conneX 16 highspeed oven, designed to enhance the cooking experience. These include a hardened anodised aluminium griddled cook plate, deep cooking trays, 9 x square mould, and linear, all of which offer unique benefits to chefs, operators and kitchen equipment buyers.
