On Tuesday, November 30, the average alumina spot price has decreased by RMB 10 per tonne or by 0.29 percent to total at RMB 3,404 per tonne, found the Shanghai Metals Market.
The average alumina price in Shandong and Henan remained restrained and settled at RMB 3,500 per tonne and RMB 3,425 per tonne. In Shanxi, the price nosedived by RMB 10 per tonne to total at RMB 3,415 per tonne, as of November 30. This was followed by the decrease in price in Guizhou by RMB 15 to close at RMB 3,360 per tonne. The average alumina price in Guangxi has declined by RMB 25 per tonne to total at RMB 3,225 per tonne. In provinces like Lianyungang and Bayuquan, the prices remained restrained and settled at RMB 3,150 per tonne and RMB 3,200 per tonne.
Australian alumina FOB price has remained the same and was recorded at US$385 per tonne, as of Tuesday, November 30.
The price of Guinea Bauxite has ascended by US$1.5 per tonne to close at US$59 per tonne, as of November 30. The average bauxite price for the other domestic provinces has remained the same.
Among other primary aluminium input cost, Aluminium Fluoride on the other hand has shifted up by RMB 500 per tonne to stand at RMB 12,500 per tonne. The average prices for the same are expected to range between RMB 12,000 per tonne and RMB 13,000 per tonne, as of November 30.
On Tuesday, November 30, the price of A00 aluminium ingot has escalated by RMB 50 per tonne to come in at RMB 18,860 per tonne. The average prices for the same are expected to range between RMB 18,840 per tonne and RMB 18,880 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 120-80 per tonne.
In Gongyi the primary aluminium ingot price has increased by RMB 50 per tonne to close at RMB 18,810 per tonne. In Wuxi and Hangzhou, the prices moved up by RMB 40 per tonne to close at RMB 18,855 per tonne and RMB 18,860 per tonne, respectively. In Foshan as well, the price has ascended by RMB 30 to total at RMB 18,960 per tonne, as of November 30. In provinces like Chongqing and Shenyang, the price has descended by RMB 10 per tonne and RMB 360 per tonne to come in at RMB 18,900 per tonne and RMB 18,860 per tonne. In Tianjin and Linyi, the prices soared up by RMB 60 per tonne and RMB 40 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,870 per tonne and RMB 18,920 per tonne.
No change is seen in the Aluminium alloy price (ADC12), (A356) and (A380) as of November 30. The prices are standing at RMB 20,050 per tonne, RMB 21,150 per tonne and RMB 21,250 per tonne, respectively.
