Bremont unveiled the all-new MB Viper watch encased in an orange anodised aluminium bezel and Grade 5 titanium casing with a matte black protective carbon coating and a rhodium-plated rotor of solid tungsten. Military themes have inspired the watch and have fighter jet elements. The concept watch, Bremont MB Viper, is a limited edition of 300 watches with a strong instrument pilot's watch appearance.
{alcircleadd}The MB Viper is a drastic design departure from previous models in the brand's lineup, exuding an aggressive, angular, stealth bomber attitude. The matte black octagonal base is topped with a rounded orange square with four black screws, and a circular orange bezel rests on top of this. The casing is broad and flat, measuring 43.5mm across (48mm with the crown guard included).
It is 51mm in length and 10.8mm in height. The black lugs feature weight-saving pockets carved into the back; the watch head weighs 58g. The British company produced the prototype watch, which has a heavy-duty design and tests the jet's ejection seat testing programme.
It is also scratch resistant due to the sapphire crystal construction. In terms of style, the watch features an orange bezel and a white dial for tonal contrast, which also fits with the jet motif. The chevron-themed hands, which mimic the ejector handles, complete the design. Bremont Watch Company is one of the few British-owned watch firms in the Swiss-dominated watch industry, co-founded in 2002 by brothers Nick and Giles English and now led by Davide Cerrato.
