Evol X16 Pro from Colorful features 9.9mm thick aluminium alloy body

Colorful's latest gaming laptop, the Evol X16 Pro, comes packed with a 16-inch Quad HD IPS screen with a 240 Hz visual refresh rate. Housed in an aluminium alloy case of 19.9 mm thickness, the laptop's components are cooled by the evaporator chamber and two additional fans. The RGB illumination of the keyboard can also be adjusted based on the user's need.

The laptop's screen has a frame rate of 165 Hz in its base edition and a frame rate of 240 Hz in its top version. While the quantity of SSD is just 512 GB, the amount of RAM ranges from 16 to 64 GB. The laptop does include an additional M.2 2280 disc port, though.

There are three available graphics cards: GeForce RTX 4050, 4060, and 4070. A 512GB PCIe 3.0 M.2 2280 SSD is used for permanent storage. The Core i7-13700H CPU and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU are part of the Vivo X16 Pro's base configuration, while the Core i9-13900H processor and GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop are part of the top-tier option.

According to the latest industry-focused report of AlCircle, 'Global Aluminium Industry Outlook 2023', the worldwide electrical and electronics industry witnessed a steady rise in the demand for aluminium in recent years. In 2023, this is anticipated to rise by roughly 1.9% to 12.9 million tonnes. A total of 12.6 million tonnes of aluminium were used in electrical and electronic applications in 2022, a rise of around 2.5%.
